Quotes and project work
Estimates and quotes are free and do not create any obligation. Project work, developer hiring and support start only after both sides agree a written proposal or contract. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality and warranties for the work.
Intellectual property
The content, design and logo of this website belong to Webtech Evolution or are used with permission. For client projects, ownership of code and deliverables is set out in the project agreement; our standard approach is that clients own the code and deliverables created for them once paid for.
Case studies and client names
Case studies describe real projects and are published with the information our clients agreed to share. Client names and trademarks belong to their owners.
