We protect your code, data and systems at every stage of a project: we sign an NDA before you share details, give developers only the access they need, follow secure development practices, keep secrets out of code, and hand over all code and accounts to you at the end. You own everything we build for you.
Confidentiality
- NDA firstwe sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share project details.
- Need-to-knowonly the people working on your project see your information.
- Your data stays yourswe never reuse your data, code or business information for other clients.
Access control
- Least privilegedevelopers get only the access their tasks need, ideally in accounts you own.
- Individual accountsno shared passwords; access is personal and can be removed at any time.
- Offboardingaccess is removed when a developer leaves your project.
Secure development
- Secure codinginput validation, safe authentication and protection against common risks such as those in the OWASP Top 10.
- Code reviewchanges are reviewed before they are merged.
- Secrets managementpasswords and API keys are kept in environment settings or a secrets manager, never in the code.
- Dependency updateslibraries and frameworks are kept up to date to close known vulnerabilities.
- Testingfeatures are tested before release, with security checks for logins, payments and personal data.
Data protection
- Encryption in transitwebsites and APIs we build use HTTPS.
- Minimal test datawe use anonymised or sample data for development whenever possible.
- Backupsproduction systems we manage are backed up, and restores are tested.
- Privacy by designwe collect only the personal data a feature needs and help you meet your privacy obligations.
AI projects
- No training on your datawe use AI model plans and settings that do not train on your data.
- Limits and approvalsAI agents get only the tools and permissions they need, with human approval for important actions.
- Loggingevery AI action is logged so it can be reviewed.
Ownership and handover
At the end of a project, or whenever you ask, we hand over the source code, documentation, credentials and all accounts in your name. You are never locked in.

We do not claim certifications we do not hold. We follow recognised good practice, such as the OWASP guidelines for web security, and we are happy to complete your security questionnaire or work within your own security policies.
Yes. We can work in your GitHub or GitLab, your cloud accounts and your project tools, with access you control and can remove at any time.
