Wazobia is an online marketplace for food products and groceries similar to Walmart etc based in the USA. Customers can shop for various grocery items, exclusive African produce, heathy food items etc and get them delivered to their homes or even schedule a pickup from their stores across the States. This was a huge project and was the online store was developed on WooCommerce. The inventory management was the tricky part as it had to be synced with each of the store locations.
This marketplace involved integrating a variety of features to enhance user experience, streamline operations, and facilitate efficient transactions. Here are some key features that were developed: User-Friendly Interface, Product Listings, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Delivery Options, Multi-vendor facility, Inventory Management, Order Tracking, Promotions and Discounts, User Accounts and Profiles, Reviews and Ratings, Subscription and Recurring Orders, Advanced Search and Filters

The design of this marketplace was first developed on Figma and then incorporated on WordPress. This website also had food delivery module in which customers can place orders or takeaways and get them delivered to their homes. We worked on this project for more than 8 months and it was one of the biggest achievements of our organization. We still work on site maintenance and social media marketing work.
